The Greece Golden Visa program offers a residency pathway for non-European Union citizens through property investment in Greece.

Eligible participants encompass investors and their immediate families, including spouses, unmarried children below 21 years of age, the parents of the principal applicant, and the parents of the spouse of the principal applicant.

Since its initiation, the Greece Golden Visa program has granted visas to 6,324 applicants, attracting approximately 2 billion Euros in investment, with a notable surge since 2019, contributing to one-third of the total capital. Notably, as of September 2022, the Greek government has announced a twofold increase in the minimum investment requirement for the real estate option in the Golden Visa program, elevating it from 250,000 Euros to 500,000 Euros effective in the year 2023.
