The Malta Permanent Residence Program
The Malta Permanent Residence Program (MPRP) was launched in March 2021. The program is a combination of a donation to the government and real estate investment to acquire permanent residency rights in Malta.
The program extends to four generations of the family, including the main applicant, spouse, children, parents, and grandparents over 55 years old (of both the spouse and the main applicant). They are granted the right to live, study, work, and enjoy all the benefits like a European citizen.
Malta, a beautiful island nation located in Southern Europe, south of Italy, is known for its stunning landscapes. Its capital, Valletta, is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Malta consistently ranks among the top countries in the world in terms of quality of life and is one of the most welcoming countries in Europe, known for its ease of integration.
