The Malta Permanent Residence Program

The Malta Permanent Residence Program (MPRP) was launched in March 2021. The program is a combination of a donation to the government and real estate investment to acquire permanent residency rights in Malta.

The program extends to four generations of the family, including the main applicant, spouse, children, parents, and grandparents over 55 years old (of both the spouse and the main applicant). They are granted the right to live, study, work, and enjoy all the benefits like a European citizen.

Health Insurance

Obtain health insurance for all family members.

Investment & Contribution

Purchase of property from 300,000 EUR; Or rental from 10,000 EUR per year.

And contribute to the government 68,000 EUR if purchasing property; Or 98,000 EUR if renting property.

Investment Retention

Maintain the purchased/rented property for 5 years.

Financial Verification

Evidence of a legal and legitimate source of investment funds.
